Our provision of this Service is subject to the following terms and
conditions and any rules, guidelines or policies (collectively, "Terms

SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States and/or the country in which you reside. 5. MEMBERSHIP is free! No charge for membership nor any fees at any time. 6. TERMINATION You agree that Click Shop Support, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including without limitation, for lack of use or if Click Shop Support believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Service. You acknowledge that Click Shop Support reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. CONTENT POSTED ON THE SERVICE You agree that upon posting any material on the Service, you grant Click Shop Support, and its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, non-revocable license under your copyrights or other intellectual property rights, if any, in such material to distribute, display, and reproduce such material to other members. You also grant Click Shop Support the right to authorize the downloading and printing in whole or in part of any material that you have posted to a group on the Service, by members for their personal use. You agree to take whatever action necessary to protect your own intellectual property rights in such Content, including without limitation the posting of appropriate copyright notices. 12. Click Shop Support PROPRIETARY RIGHTS You acknowledge and agree that Content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, page layout and design or other material contained in the Service or information presented through the Service by Click Shop Support or Click Shop Support Sponsors or Members is protected by their copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. Content received through the Service may be displayed, reformatted, and printed by you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell or distribute in any way Content available through the Service, including code and software. 13. EXTERNAL LINKS The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that Click Shop Support is not responsible for the availability of these outside resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible for any Content, advertising, products or other material on or available from such sites or resources. DEALINGS WITH MERCHANTS, SPONSORS, MEMBERS, AND OTHER THIRD PARTIES Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of Sponsors, Members, or other third parties found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such Sponsor or Member. You agree that Click Shop Support shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such Sponsors or Members on the Service. Click Shop Support will do its best to bring a wide variety of merchant listings to the marketplace, however, Click Shop Support is not responsible for the content or the nature of such merchants and their products and will not be held responsible for purchases made from any merchant. The merchants in the online marketplace do not necessarily endorse, promote or support the individual member organizations of Click Shop Support. 15.
